As a proud member of the Independent Electrical Contractors, we support apprentices through the IEC apprenticeship program, providing hands-on field experience combined with classroom education to help develop the next generation of skilled electricians. Apprentices follow the IEC pay scale as they progress through the program and advance toward becoming licensed journeymen.
